I'd agree with most of your figures, but from what I've seen, Ukyo cels
can be quite expensive. You can get an Ukyo cel for about 100 dollars, but
it won't be a very nice cel of her. For a really nice cel of Ukyo, I'd
say about 200 would be more accurate.
