Oh, I did register.  I never got a reply from A. taro, 
and I am registered on Ebay now.  But it took 24 hours on 
Ebay, and the item I wanted was done with auction by then.
My point is, I had visited ebay and anime taro before but 
didn't realize there was a 24 hour turnover time for the
required membership, and it was very disappointing.
