I couldn't agree with you more, Alex. Yahoo Japan seems to
be one of their main sources for Dragon Ball cels - don't know
about other series. For instance I was bidding on a 3 cel
set that had a teeny tiny image of Vegeta and Miria Trunks
and 2 others I don't even remember. Well, a couple weeks
later - lo and behold, there is the Vegeta and Trunks. The
auction closed at around 1800 yen, my high bid being 1700.
The price tag on the Veg and Trunks? Well, it went to one
of their wonderful auctions and the winner ended up spending
150.00 for it. (sorry to the one who won it if you read this).
I'm all for making a quick buck - but come on!! Look at the
prices of the Majin Vegeta they have. No background on either
and neither one is all that great of a cel and they are
priced at 200.00 and 300.00 each?! Beautiful brush strokes my fanny.
So it has ki around him. Doesn't make the cel worth 300.00
by any stretch of the imagination. Ebay doesn't even bring in
the prices that they do.
I agree with Parrallax, and hope they go OOB soon. The sooner
the better.
