You could scrape the paint off and make your own film. I'm
sure it's cheaper than buying new cels. Something
worthwhile could come from a film never meant to be,
shunned to straight to video release by the American public.
I'm sure a few people would complain about the loss of art,
but come on..its a film about a dead dog.
