I don't know what this cel is either... but I feel obliged to defend Mandarake's
"junk cel" boxes... they're not all junk!  You can find some great stuff in there
that maybe people don't know what it is or what its worth, or maybe they just 
don't think anyone else would recognize it for what it is... after YEARS of 
searching one of my friends found a great cel of Dewey from Nurse Angel Ririka SOS
in the so-called "junk cel" boxes, and a few weeks ago I found a GORGEOUS cel from
Maison Ikkoku of Kyoko as a high-school student... I paid $15 for it, and I dare
any Maison Ikkoku fan or cel collector to tell me it's not worth more.  Not all
the cels in those boxes are cheap either... I've seen a few cels of Lum in there
for around $100 and there was a Minmay from the 84 Summer movie in there for 
about $120 a few months ago... anyway my point is.. yeah I'm increasing my own
competition for good finds, but don't dismiss those boxes of cels as junk!  ^_^
