I believe the opening sequences from Final Bout is just
footage taken from the show. In fact Iam positive
it is because I remember seeing that part when
Buu raises his arm up in one of my friends fansubs.
If you havent watched the show beyond the Cartoon Network garbage you wouldnt know.
Although you are correct in saying that cels from video games are rare.
Boy would I love to get my hands on some Chronotrigger cels.
