hi

does anyone know where i can buy a bunch of good 
quality polypropylene cel bags? i can't find any on-line,
it seems (i e-mailed several stores, and they're either
not restocking for a long time or i never got an answer).
;_;
also, a few of my cels do not have pencils (or any paper 
associated with them) - is it better to keep the cel 
sitting on a sheet of paper in storage, or to the cel bag?
(i.e., to which is the cel more likely to stick?)
