Cels Forum

Hi.  I was just wondering about something.  First, I should say that I'm still kinda new to the net.  I've only been on it for about a year and a half. And I'm a newbie cel collector (I've only been collecting for 1 year). Anyway, when I first started looking at cels, Rayearth OVA cels were almost impossible to find, I saw less than 10, and they were so expensive.  Now, they're everywhere!  I paid $100 for mine last year and now I've seen cels from the same sequence for half that.  I guess my question is, do the studios wait for a certain amount of time to release the bulk of the cels from a show?  Is there any reason to this or am I just making this whole thing up? (it's been known to happen:)Thanks for your help!
