Actually the problem I had was that people wouldn't make
offers.  They kept asking what I wanted for the cels
and then the would ask what other people were offering.
In the end it turned out to be a very disheartening
experience.

I wish they would have just said what they were willing
to pay and then I would have sold them to the person
offering the most.  But they didn't want to work it like
that and specifically asked that I auction them off.

I can respect that and understand it.  Personally I
don't like the bid sniping and other things that come
with it but that was what the majority of people asked
for.  I'm also not keen that ebay is going to end up
getting such a large chunk of the money but I guess
that is also fair since they are making these things
seen by a very large audience.  Guess I should have
just raised the reserves to make up for the ebay costs ;)


As for the reserves... well only three of the cels
have reserves and I will not part with them for less
than that.  These aren't cels I bought to ever get rid
of.  These are only going up for sale now because of
the situation with trying to build up a massive down
payment on that house I mentioned previously.

If the Fushigi Yuugi group cel, Hotohori and Ifurita
don't sell then that's fine I'll be more than happy
to keep them safe in my collection and I'll find another
way to come up with the money I was hoping for from
their sale.
