Thanks oion - that was very well thought out and stated, as 
well as obviously being very timely - not that I think it'll
do any good for my current headache.  In fact, I'm so tired
of all this that I won't even bother to get defensive - not
that I think you're accusing me of anything, but I've been 
accused of so much today that I'm a tad jumpy!

Anyway, I think you had some very good advice for both
buyers and sellers - the best of course was to be patient 
and polite!  

I particularly liked the suggestion of an ebay-style rating
system.  Unfortunately, just because a dealer gets a good
word from the Internet Guide to Anime Cels, it doesn't mean
that everyone has a good dealing with them, or that they're
good about everything.  Anyone want to volunteer to put 
together a program where we can rate dealers after each 
deal, and, to be fair, how about one where the dealers can 
rate us?  Otherwise, I'm going to follow someone's 
suggestion and post all questions about a dealer 
anonymously!  I do NOT need to go through this again!
