Hello,
Yes, the URL for the first list was changed (it now also
use the new software). It's better to access Keep-Track
from http://www.cels.org or
http://www.animanga.com/celsorg/welcome.html
instead of linking the CGI directly. (it's bound
to have more features and options in the future so...)
