Cels Forum

Scissors should work fine.  If you want to get rid of the 
part that are stuck to the cel, water should do the trick.  
It kills the paper, but does nothing to the paint.  Put
some water on the paper and rub it off carefully with your
fingers.  I tried this on one of my cels and it seems to 
work fine.  No fingernails please, I would hate to see that 
gorgeous Larva cel damaged. :)
