I have ordered from them before and when I have sent money
(as in, when I have "gotten" the cel) I have always received
the cel.  I haven't had problems with emails from them, but 
other people claim to have so you might want to search the 
forum archives for information on this.  They're not 
especially fast, but they're trustworthy, so don't worry if
you feel you're waiting slightly longer than usual.
