  I have a quick question on taking care of cels.
I've found cel books being sold so far but I was
wondering where I could get my hands on some good
quality cel bags. So far I haven't found a place selling
them. Also one more thing, when you put your cels in a cel
book, do you keep the cels in their bags or take them out
to be put in the sleeves? I bet you all just love newbie 
questions......:)
