 I'm not really a vivid collecter  I have only been 
collecting for three months now and have 4 cels, and I'm
In line for a Ukyo cel, and I'm gonna make an offer but I'm
not quite sure how much to. I'm confused about this because
I saw two perfect condition Ukyo cels on differet sites that
weren't very different, and one was $300 and the other was 
$40(Note: was already sold, of course!) so now I'm not sure
what price is reasonable for me to offer on a good Ukyo cel.
Please Help!!
