I have seen one Iris cel at Commit in Akihabara a few month ago at 130000 yen (yes, 4 zeros, in anotehr word over $1000 USD) and was sold the next day I checked.
This is the kind of price they go for in Japan, maybe cheaper at Japanese convensions, but not much.
I would suggest you to wait for the Sakura War TV Series cels, (SKARA WARS TV series is scheduled to be airing in Japan in this Spring), but then again, if the studio does'nt release cels, they price will still be sky high.
