I remember a long discussion about getting cels signed at 
conventions, and people were asking which pen to use. Well,
I've found the perfect pen at work (I work at Michael's Arts
and Crafts store) to use. It's called IDenti-pen, and it's 
manufactured by Sakura Color Products Corporation Japan. It's
used for marking directly ONTO photos. I've been using it to 
draw comics on clear sheets of vellum, and it dries almost 
instantly. I tested it on the corner of a really cheap cel 
I have, and it dries just about as instantly. The pen has 
dual tips so it should look good on just about any sized cel 
if you want a signature. It costs about $1.50-$2.00, I believe 
(I stole it, so I'm not sure :P)
