If the holders in your cel book are of the archival type then it shouldn't be a problem. However, I've noticed that the paint on cels will wrinkle the plastic that it has been in contact after a long time, so the sleeves will probably end up like that too. I doubt it's anything harmful besides the loss in aesthetic appeal. ---Trebuchet
