I've got a question about the painted sketch lines
on cels. I know that the black lines are copied on,
but then are the painted lines just normally traced?
Also, I remember comments that the Utena correctional
layers had re-done black lines on them -- how would
this be possible if the other lines had to be there.

In other words, how are the black lines copied, but
not the colored ones, especially as in the correctional
case, the black lines were re-copied after the colored
lines were needed?

I'm just slightly confused and curious =)
