The cels in the Mandarake catalog is all for the lottery.
You have to mail in a card and enter the lottery to get
the cel. And the chance of getting the cels in the
catalog is very less, unless you go for the non-popular
cels like Brain Powered or Cyber Formula. If you want to
win cels like the shows from Miyazaki, forget it. Because
there are so many Japanese collectors entering the lottery
each quarter (there are 4 volumes in each year).
The catalog is only for Japan only. Even if you ask the
American branch, they won't sell it to you, actually they
don't carry it. If you want to buy or enter the lottery,
you have to ask a friend in Japan if you know someone there. |
