Never, ever, ever, ever order from Fan Animecels...I ordered a 
Dragonball cel of Shogun Blue from them that got here on time, but 
this cel I ordered of Lupin and Fujiko took five months, count 'em...
FIVE MONTHS to finally get here. You heard right, I ordered this 
cel back in September. But isn't it nice? My scanner is crappy
and old, for some reason it only scans stuff fuzzy lately, but here it is 
anyway. I have trouble getting cels to display here so here's the link
