You're dragon cel is in fact the Seiryuu Dragon, and it 
comes in episode 6 of the OAV II, the very last of the 
Fushigi Yuugi animated epic. A very beautiful episode 
it is, one of my favourites. ^^ Wish I could've met you 
at Animaziment! Below is one of the cels I got signed 
as well, Tamahome from episode 47 of the TV Series. Ja!
