I have ordered from them a couple of times.  I have always
gotten the items I ordered.  They are usually NOT prompt
though.  Places like Taro and Anime-Cel get stuff to me 
in 10 to 14 days, but Mangaya usually takes a month or more.
For that reason I don't order from them often (that and the
fact that I either get beaten to the punch or can't bid
high enough in one of their auctions).
