I had been lusting after a cel I saw on someone's gallery for what seems forever when suddenly it appeared on ebay. 
I was so exited I e-mailed everyone I know to talk about
it. But I waited to see how the price was going to go 
(I always bid on the last day when I have a better idea 
of what the price range will be) and imagine that, I read 
the time of the ending of the auction WRONG.

I thought it was 10:00pm (because ebay is in the US and 
they never use the 24 hour system) and no, 10:00 at ebay
means 10:00AM!

So I missed the cel. I was sooooo depressed. I e-mailed this
friend of mine ranting about it. Talked about it for weeks.

Well said friend flew in to see me for New Year's and told
me he had bought me a gift. And, tucked in an old tattered
file, was THE cel. The only Heero cel I have ever managed 
to get my hands on.

If you read this, you know who you are.
That was the best present ever!
