Cels Forum

an odd question, but does toei tend to throw away cels that
have nobody in them?  specifically, dragonball cels?
the reason i ask is that i saw a setup of the inside of Kuririn's
apartment today, and though nobody was home i thought it would
be a really cool thing to have.  i know i'll prolly never find
it, mind, but is there the tiniest shred of hope that i might
conceivably get it?  or do they just junk cels of nobody because they
think no one will want them?
