With all due respect, how can you say no one would be
interested in buying restored cels from Confused when you
haven't seen what kind of work he can do? I know that I
would at least be interested in seeing what he might have
to offer. If the cel and price are right and the restoration
job is very good, I don't really care if the seller/restoration
artist is officially a "professional".

Obviously, anyone else is welcome to hold their own
opinions - I know there are people who wouldn't dream of
buying a restored cel. There are others who pounce on them
because they're cheaper. It's a true case of YMMV - "your
milage may vary".

But I don't see any sense in stomping on Confused before
he's even done anything. Wait until after you see some of
the results, and then comment on those.

And the "trash heap" comment was originally mine. I know
there must be many damaged cels out there - yet so few
people are willing to offer them up for any kind of sale -
even severely discounted. Logically, where else would those
cels wind up unless they're sitting in a box somewhere
collecting dust?

(Hey, at least in a box they wouldn't be soaking up the
sunlight, ne? *slight teasing grin*)

Many Sharp Smiles,
