The cel paint is called Vinyl Acrylic Copolymer. It's a
type of acrylic paint, but it dries more faster and spreads
out more smoothly on surface. Most US animators buy the
cel paint from one mail order store called Cartoon Colour.
If you live in the US and visit your local art store (the
big one), most of them carry this brand for animation cel
