Now a days, Toei has completely converted it's anime productions to a digital format using RETAS, animation software developed in Japan specifically geared towards anime. I posted Celsys(the developers of RETAS)' URL above. However, Toei has started a line of reproduction cels, for Jeanne, like they did with Mamotte Shuugogetten. If you ever go to Japan, Commit ought to have em.
