Dear Forum,

Thanks for the responses and help!  I greatly appreciate it!
Well, since all ink and paint for film (non-corrosive) are
in bottles, I decided to go with the easily scratched off
non-toxic, permanent, fade proof paint pen.  I SUSPECT this
will eventually stick to the protective bag, SO I plan on
getting a blank piece of acetate after the signing to place
ON TOP of the signature for it to stick to while in the bag.
That way, my cel is signed, and the 2 pieces of acetate can
just stick to each other safely somewhat.  I suspected that
the toxic xylene pens are corrosive since there is a
warning on it that says that you SHOULD NOT touch it with
your skin =P.  I hope this works!  Thanks again for all your
help!
