Cels Forum

Hey,

Back on 1/09/2000, I won a cel off of E-bay from Lori Lane (sailorlori@hotmail.com) in Whittier, CA, USA.  I sent in the payment.  I haven't gotten the cel.  

I contacted her a few weeks after I sent the payment.  She said that the cel was sent and then returned to her.  She gave no reason for the return (ie. bad postage, bad address, other).  She said she would send it again.  I haven't heard from her since.  

The last message I got from her was on 2/16/2000.  I've sent several message since then with no response.  

Does anyone know who this person is?  Anyone dealt with her before?  What should I do about this possible scam?
