AWS will sell overseas but only wholesale orders of certain series. The total must be 100,000yen. They will not sell single cels to individuals internationally. The downside is that you have to come up with that amount of cash and receive 100 or less cels which you cannot choose and which may or may not have the one you are looking for. It's a lottery of a type ^_^ Hope this clears it up for you. Wendy
