I'm kinda curious, but does anyone know how expensive sailor saturn/hotaru cels can get? Has anyone ever seen them really really cheap? Every place i go, they're around $400!!! I know cels with her are like extremely rare so i'm kinda abit bummed that i missed a very cute cel of her for about $500. Now that i think about it, it probably would've been worth it. Anyone got any to sell? |
