I would assume how fast you get a reply (or if you get
a reply at all) depends upon what type of e-mail message
you send. Naturally, don't expect a reply if all you do
is type a 2-line message. But if you ask about something
specific, and sound more like a serious customer, you will
more than likely get a reply. Also, if you're a previous
customer, I'm sure you'll be more likely to get an answer.
I did see him at a convention two weeks ago at Tokyo
Big Site, so I'm sure he's busy.
