Hi all,

I was wondering if anyone knew where this Sailor Moon cel
on eBay is from?

Even though it's listed as a production cel, it looks more
like a cel used for promotional purposes like a LD cover, 
poster, etc.  If so, how can you tell if it is?  Does
anyone have any ideas?

Any information would be appreciated.  I've emailed the 
seller, but have yet to hear back from them.
