It's been a while since anyone has seen any cels from the old OVAs! This cel is in excellent condition and comes with a detailed matching pencil drawing. The drawing has been stapled to the cel and the bumpy texture you see below it is some tissue to keep the cel and drawing from sticking together. Nene is about 6 inches tall and centered in the middle of the cel. This is your chance to own a piece of the artwork!
