  I have a Gowcaizer cel I was considering 
offering to a fellow
collector by the name of Christine Armstrong 
(aka Isato Kaisa) but I have
heard from several people who say she is prone
to not paying on time, if at all.
I DO NOT want to turn this
into an insult fest, I just want to know if what I
have been told is correct or not before going to
offer the cel then getting stuck in the long run.
