Cels Forum

I posted a note several weeks back about my positive
experience with them.  The cel was well packed in a 
cardboard sandwich.  The cel was in good shape for it's age - it was an old Studio Pierott cel of Lum in a Kimono 
that you can see on my site.  Most of all, THEY WERE FAST!
It was only 2 weeks from the time I sent the check to when 
I received the cel.
