I just received my first order from this relatively new (at 
least to the internet) cel dealer. Overall, they seem to be 
good!  My cel was well-protected by a 'frame' of two thick 
cardboard sheets surrounded by bubble wrap in a EMS bag. It
arrived quickly.  The turnaround from when I sent the check 
to when the cel arrived was exactly two weeks.
