For many anime series, there's always a main studio doing
most of the works, then there're some other studios helping
out because the main studio cannot handle all the works by
themselves, like deadlines and resources. So the main
studio often has to out-source part of the production
process to the other studios.
Not too sure that your UY cel is in this case. May be the
dealer just put your cel in the Toei bag, it doesn't mean
it's from Toei. He can put a Tenchi cel in Toei bag too. |
