I don't really think the load time has much to do with
the isp, but it's the image size. The images load kinda
slow because your "thumbnail" images are full size (25k )
and are just skwished down to look smaller.
If a lot of people complain about it, you might want to
consider making two versions of each scan (a 7k thumbnail
and the 25k full size) and link the thumbnail to the full
size.
Personally the load isn't unbearable to me, it just depends
on how patient each person is.
