Several years from now, I guess we will see more and more
"Anime Pencil Sketch Gallery" instead of
"Anime Cel Gallery" ^_-
I'm not joking, computer process is replacing the
traditional cel process gradually. At that time, there'll
be only pencil sketches created, but no more cels. If
you're not familiar with the computer process, here's a
brief summary. It starts off with the animators draw the
pencil sketches on papers, then scan them into the computer,
and do the coloring, and compositing...etc. So pencil
sketches are here to stay, but cels won't be using anymore. |
