Cels Forum

I have purchased from Mangaya twice now. They seem to check
their email quite infrequently, and are very slow in response to
email. They take quite a while to get things shipped as well,
it took about 5 weeks for me to receive my cels from them. They
do get very nice cels though, so when I order from them, I do
so knowing the shipping is not going to be as fast as some other
places I order from overseas. :)

Patience is often hard when waiting for your cels, so believe
me I do understand! :)
