Hi,
Mokulen posted a message earlier about whether there are
cel shops in Taiwan but the "post message" button never
appeared on the form so...

Sorry, I have looked around for cel shops in Taiwan but
I have not found any. I do not think cel collecting is
a popular hobby here. But like others wrote before, there
are lots of manga and anime available.
