Yeah, I know I recommended e-artworld to you =(.  Like I
said, I bought SEVERAL cels from them before that incident.
During that schilling incident, I had bid VERY low on an
Ewoks cel, but since I bid TOO low for them, I was never
approached that "The high bidder has pulled out" unlike my
friend.  E-artworld was suspended from eBay for a month,
and most of their secondary eBay ID accounts were
permanently terminated.

My friend guesses that they just got greedy since if they
did put a reserve price on their stuff, eBay would take more
than if they just got the "other" high bidder to pay their
high bid.  My guess was that their auctions weren't doing
well because they just kept offering the same stuff over
and over again.

Ever since e-artworld came back from suspension, they SEEM
like they are doing legitimate auctions again.  I have been
checking on them every once in awhile to make sure that they
aren't doing that again, but like I said, after that
incident, I have NEVER bought from them again.
