If the $179 Mikage cel is the same one that I saw, it sounds
about right....Are you talking about the nicely centered,
fairly good size, eyes open with great expression and wearing
the "Silver" duelist ring (not Black this time) Mikage cel...
(By the way, this cel is very similar to the Utena Cardass
card #75....probably from the same sequence of cels...but I
thought this cel's expression was even better than the one in
the Cardass Masters card...)...
This cel is so much better than the past Mikage cels that
range $60 to $90 (these ones the images are smaller and the
face is more from the profile side though...)...
Actually I think there was another Mikage cel from 2 updates
ago that shows a close up of his side profile on the left
side of the cel....I think that one already went for ~$150...
Personally I think this Mikage cel ($179) is the best one
I've seen so far...^_^
By the way, I would like to know....what price range do you
guys think a cel of young Dio and young Utena would be....
from the scene (or repeated scene) where young Utena is
tearing and young Dio comforting her with his hand touching
her face.... Let's say it's a close up of that shot showing
Dio's profile and young Utena profile with tear and Dio's
hand touch the tear or her face......I believe this is the
scene right before he gave her the duelist silver ring.
