Well, they always replied to me within 24 hours. But I just
ordered a cel a bit ago and because of the holidays, I
wrote back to make sure they had recveived the payment
within the specified ten days. (Not long enough, IMHO for
something being sent overseas, but that's beside the
point.) That was the 28th (US time) and I haven't heard
back from them. So they might be really busy or having some
kind of problem, depends on when you wrote to them. . . I
always assume that things will take longer, especially this
time of year when we have two major holidays right on top
of each other.
