Cels Forum

At the beginning of summer I'm planning on going to Chinatown
in San Francisco.  Can anyone recommend a good anime store 
where I may be able to purchase cels or any anime/manga related
items???  If there's anywhere close in the vacinity that would
be ok too<_>

P.S.~ Sorry about my last message...I didn't know painting
pictures on cels and selling them was illegal...:-(
