My guess would be that the cel is from the anime. As far as
I'm aware, there are very few video game producers who
actually use cels to produce their games. Capcom is one
that I know has used cels in the past (although not always)
and I think at least one of the Darkstalkers/Nightwarriors
games was made using cels. Most video games use only "on-
paper" art, if you get what I mean.

Does anyone else know for certain a video game that was
produced using actual cels? My husband is an video game
addict and some of the artwork I see is really nice
looking. . . I've always wondered.
