Well, it looks like "subete URA 50 NURI" to me. 
"Subete" means "everything", "ura" usually means the 
"backside", and "nuri" means "to paint", so "paint 
everything on the back at 50 (something)"? Ah, I'd love 
to know the shorthand used for the sketches ^^;
