I missed all the nice Utena cels I really wanted over the last two Taro updates. I've been very ill and sleeping all the time I spend between lab (some things just _have_ to be done in time frame) Sigh... I missed out on a lot I really wanted, maybe Taro will upload more when I'm feeling better. Anyway, the girl in the blue dress is indeed Miki's sister Kozue. She wears the blue bride's outfit in episode 26. The guess was correct in that the pink haired guy is Mikage. From the looks of things, I've been guessing the cels of him I've missed are from episode 23. Hope this helps! Keys
